Role Overwiew
As an Investment Intern, you will support the investment team across fundraising, deal execution, due diligence and exit processes. You will work closely with Analysts and Associates and gain hands-on exposure to private equity and unlisted investment transactions. This role suits graduates who are analytical, detail-oriented and eager to build strong financial and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic financial modelling, valuation inputs and data analysis under supervision.
- Conduct company, sector and market research to support deal screening and due diligence.
- Support fundraising, investor and exit processes..
- Assist with preparation of investment memos, presentations, teasers and investor materials.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes and follow-up action items.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years’ experience (graduates encouraged to apply.)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
- Clear interest in private equity, unlisted investments or corporate finance.

Role Overwiew
As a Business Analyst Intern, your role is to support portfolio companies by designing and implementing value creation initiatives, as well as analysing and executing key strategic projects to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of shareholder objectives, the investment thesis and portfolio company strategies.
- Conducting market research and in-depth analysis of portfolio companies to support exit readiness, generate market insights and inform valuation discussions.
- Build and maintain financial models and operating models to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain models to monitor company performance by tracking actual versus forecasted results, performing variance analysis and conducting scenario planning and analysis.
- Test valuation and returns in alignment with the investment thesis.
- Perform business process mapping and redesign key operational workflows using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Develop and monitor frameworks for monitoring and implementing process improvements.
- Conduct skills assessments and establish personalised development plans for workforce improvement.
- Assess and redesign key internal controls to address weaknesses and improve effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments, perform mock audits and provide recommendations for enhancing governance structures.
- Prepare portfolio companies for exit by maintaining and organising data rooms with all necessary documentation.
- Regularly update and review data rooms to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Undertake any other tasks aligned with the agreed-upon OKRs to support the team and portfolio companies.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations, Project Management, Information Systems or Law.
- Proficient financial modelling skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
