Elzine is also the founder of Impact Tank – Namibia’s first social impact venture builder, working in the impact investing sector since 2019.

He has built extensive experience in infrastructure, agriculture, and SME finance during his time at Eos Capital and is currently enrolled for a MCom specialising in Development Finance through UCT’s Graduate School of Business.

He also has a strong foundation in Financial Analysis, Risk Analysis, Financial Modelling and Strategy. This allowed him to transition seamlessly into the world of investment analysis, where he brings a wealth of financial expertise and a keen analytical eye to his role in which he leverages his deep industry knowledge to provide valuable insights and guidance.

David holds a BCom in Economics & Finance, a PGDip in Management from UCT, and is also a Financial Modeling and Valuations Analyst (FMVA®).

He graduated from the University of Namibia, where he actively participated in the University of Namibia Football Club and represented the Under 17, 18, and 20 Namibian Youth National Team.

His accomplishments include winning the 2016 Oshana Newspaper Cup Regional Championship and securing the runner-up position in the 2018 Debmarine Cup. He was honoured with the Commonwealth Scholarship in partnership with the University of Namibia, enabling him to earn certificates in specialised areas such as Portfolio and Investment Management, Financial Management, Financial Markets, Private Equity and Valuation, Advanced Valuation, and Strategy, and Financial Modelling through Coursera. MacGyver joined Eos as part of the inaugural Eos Academy cohort and have since been promoted to Junior Analyst after starting as an intern in May 2023. He is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.

Prior to joining Eos Capital, he served as an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington, D.C., where he structured project development facilities and developed investment pipelines in agribusiness for emerging markets globally. His background also includes advising global executives as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company and providing capital raising and strategic advisory to businesses across Africa.

Ano completed the two-year residential MBA curriculum at the Yale School of Management, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure finance in emerging markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

Value Creation Analyst Intern MPhil in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Cape Town Jasmine is a Value Creation Analyst Intern at EOS Capital, supporting strategic initiatives across portfolio companies to enhance operational performance, drive growth and strengthen long-term value creation. She contributes to financial analysis, sector research and the execution of value-enhancement projects across multiple industries.

She is currently completing her MPhil in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Cape Town, with academic expertise in regional integration, mining policy harmonisation and the political economy of foreign direct investment in Southern Africa.

Prior to joining EOS Capital, Jasmine worked with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Healix International, where she supported projects focused on trade, regional economic integration and geopolitical risk intelligence. She brings analytical rigour, multidisciplinary insight and a commitment to strengthening investment ecosystems across Africa.

Investment Analyst Intern Marco Aceto is a young Namibian–Italian professional with a bachelor's degree in international business management from Geneva Business School in Barcelona and is currently pursuing the Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification. Beyond Spain, he has lived in Italy, the United Kingdom and Namibia, where he is currently based in Windhoek as an Intern Analyst at Eos Capital via the Eos Academy. Marco has prior experience in management consulting and financial sales and speaks four languages, enabling him to operate confidently in diverse international and cross-cultural contexts.

With a strong willingness to go the extra mile and to keep learning, he believes that private equity can be a cornerstone tool in elevating and formalising Namibia’s economy.
