Elzine is also the founder of Impact Tank – Namibia’s first social impact venture builder, working in the impact investing sector since 2019.

He has a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting from the University of Cape Town (UCT) as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Future Studies, specialising in Emerging Technologies from the Stellenbosch University Business School. David is a Chartered Accountant (CA (NAM)) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA CGMA).

Associate: Value Creation BAcc in Accounting (Hons), CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate MacGyver is an aspiring investment professional and ardent real estate enthusiast who has a consulting background, where he closely worked with entrepreneurs. He graduated from the University of Namibia, where he actively participated in the University of Namibia Football Club and represented the Under 17, 18, and 20 Namibian Youth National Team.

His accomplishments include winning the 2016 Oshana Newspaper Cup Regional Championship and securing the runner-up position in the 2018 Debmarine Cup. He was honoured with the Commonwealth Scholarship in partnership with the University of Namibia, enabling him to earn certificates in specialised areas such as Portfolio and Investment Management, Financial Management, Financial Markets, Private Equity and Valuation, Advanced Valuation, and Strategy, and Financial Modelling through Coursera. MacGyver joined Eos as part of the inaugural Eos Academy cohort and have since been promoted to Junior Analyst after starting as an intern in May 2023. He is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.

Junior Business Analyst MPhil in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Cape Town Jasmine is a Value Creation Analyst Intern at EOS Capital, supporting strategic initiatives across portfolio companies to enhance operational performance, drive growth and strengthen long-term value creation. She contributes to financial analysis, sector research and the execution of value-enhancement projects across multiple industries.

She is currently completing her MPhil in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Cape Town, with academic expertise in regional integration, mining policy harmonisation and the political economy of foreign direct investment in Southern Africa.

Prior to joining EOS Capital, Jasmine worked with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Healix International, where she supported projects focused on trade, regional economic integration and geopolitical risk intelligence. She brings analytical rigour, multidisciplinary insight and a commitment to strengthening investment ecosystems across Africa.

She has more than two years of experience as a Quantity Surveying and Project Estimating, where she developed strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting and project financial management. She is currently a CFA Level II Candidate and pursuing her FMVA, with a strong passion for financial markets and investment analysis. She believes that private equity will play a transformative role in shaping Namibia’s economic future and is excited to be part of the next generation of professionals.

Lucas Martin is a Senior Associate, bringing experience across private equity, corporate finance advisory, and asset management. His background spans private equity transacting, capital raising, financial modelling, valuations, and portfolio management, together with transaction advisory work covering mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, deal structuring, and privatisation, complemented by earlier fixed income research and credit analysis. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Cape Town and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA Program. He also takes an interest in strengthening networks among Namibian young professionals in the investment sector.

Raaheel later advanced into a Company Secretary Specialist role, where she played a key part in supporting board and committee functions, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring adherence to governance best practices. This experience strengthened her ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, manage complex regulatory obligations, and uphold high standards of corporate compliance.

Currently, she serve as an office manager within a Unit Trust environment, where she focuses on investment administration and client servicing. Nigel Purse, who has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from City University, London, has over 30 years of experience in executing project finance lending, advisory and investment mandates in 5 continents and 20 different countries on a wide range of sectors such as energy, roads, railways, airports, accommodation, Public Private Partnerships and telecoms. Nigel has completed over 100 different project finance mandates which represent a total financing in excess of €50 billion.

Nigel used to work for the world’s largest toll road operator, Autostrade, and formerly led the transport project finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was the Head of Project Finance and Executive Board Member at Espirito Santo Investment (now Haitong) and sat on the investment committees of two infrastructure funds, the Espirito Santo Infrastructure Fund and the Fondo PPP Italia, and was a founder Director of Tagus Infrastructure Assets, the manager of a UK secondary market PPP fund.

He went on to be a Founding Partner of Eaglestone, the African advisory and principal investment business. Latterly, Nigel was a founder of Climate Fund Managers which manages the Climate Investor One and Two climate impact funds.
