Since its inception, Eos Capital has had the opportunity to nurture young graduates across various fields, helping them hone their respective skills and preparing them to make meaningful contributions to the industry.

The Eos Academy is a 9-month program in which we expose students and young graduates to the world of private equity. This program is part of Eos Capital’s Corporate Social Investment effort to play an active role in developing local talent in the investments sector. Through it, we aim to provide students and recent graduates with the necessary skills, expertise and experience to kickstart their careers as investment professionals.
