Eos Capital Announces Successful Exit of Allegrow Fund’s Investment in Erongo Medical Group

Windhoek, Namibia – Eos Capital is pleased to announce the successful exit of Allegrow Fund’s (Allegrow) investment in Erongo Medical Group (EMG), marking a significant milestone for both the firm and the broader Namibian private equity market.

Allegrow’s investment in EMG was executed as part of Eos Capital’s strategy to gain exposure to defensive, high-impact sectors with a particular focus on healthcare infrastructure and specialised medical services.  Over the course of the partnership, EMG strengthened its operational platform, enhanced service delivery, and continued to play a critical role in providing quality healthcare to communities across Namibia.

This exit represents a watershed moment for Eos Capital, being its first realised exit since inception, and serves as a clear demonstration of the viability of private equity asset class as a catalyst for sustainable growth, institutional development, and value creation in Namibia. It further reinforces confidence in the ability of well-structured investments to deliver both commercial returns and meaningful social outcomes.

Eos Capital remains committed to disciplined capital deployment, active ownership, and responsible exits that recycle capital back into the Namibian economy while delivering on investor mandates. The firm continues to pursue opportunities across priority sectors with strong fundamentals and long-term growth potential.

Commenting on the transaction, Elzine Mushambi, the Managing Director of Eos Capital, said: “The successful exit of our investment in EMG is a direct result of our focused strategy and active stewardship. It demonstrates our commitment to identifying resilient assets, driving value creation, and, ultimately, returning capital to our investors. This exit is a testament to the quality of our portfolio, the execution capability of our team and a significant win for the Namibian private equity landscape.”
